CLOCK WATCHING

Time elapses with every tik-tak of the clock. As it cease, we cannot turn back what comes to an end and neither can we do a rewind to what had happened perhaps on our mind’s keepsake but not really. Even time grabs us by the wrist, we pay no attention to, either we are busy on something or idling up doing nothing. Time takes the effort to let us take every moment into consideration yet we only find ourselves muddling up that at the end of the day we find ourselves stocked up to same old routine missing a lot. We cannot go back to yesterday’s venture. Yes we can do day-dreaming but not time travelling. We do plan, we actually love planning a lot, and however when you plan your activities do you include like saying thank you or I love you to those important people around you? It’s ironic, full of non-sense to plan this right? However, we tend to forget this and just do what was written in the ‘planner’. I guess it is just okay to include something like this on our planner until it becomes part of the system again. Because come to think of it, if you write this on your daily planner note pad, you will never forget to do it, it’s better to ink it than to think it (Bonifacio, 2009).

It may sound silly but reality check, when was the last time you say I love you to your loved ones or even thank you to those who made you feel especial, to those who are willing to share their precious time with you? When was the last time you sat down and have a simple coffee-knick knacks moment with someone special? You may think, planning like this is an act of foolishness but the clock is tik-takking ‘therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour (Matthew 25:13)’.
